Help your landlord. If you are living with your landlord do not be afraid to ask them for discounted rates if you are willing to do some housework for them. They will be grateful to have you as their tenant since you are not hesitating to help them. If you do it quite often a good landlord will happy to negotiate, but if you worry they won’t pay, make the agreement from the start.

Be anything you are able to be. if you have a car and love kids, you can apply for a babysitting job. If you enjoy cleaning you can apply as a house maid/cleaner. If you love animals, apply for a part time job as a dog companion or take part in a local pet store/animal shelter. Be anything you want for the sake of making extra money.
